• Professional experience, skills, and subject preferences
• Payment/transaction records (enrollment fee receipts)
• WhatsApp communication history with Company representatives

2.2  Information from Clients / Students / Parents

• Name and contact number or WhatsApp number
• Project requirements, subject details, and deadline information
• Payment records for services rendered
• Communication history via WhatsApp or email

2.3  Information from Website Visitors

• IP address, browser type, and device information (via analytics tools)
• Pages visited and time spent on the website
• Information submitted through contact forms

We use the information we collect strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

Specifically, we will never share the following without explicit consent:

• The profile photograph of any enrolled writer, teacher, or resource with any client, student, parent, or third party, except for the specific purpose of client profile matching and only with the individual's knowledge.
• The contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, email, address) of any writer, teacher, resource, client, student, or parent with any other party.
• The financial details of any enrolled individual or client, including payment amounts, bank accounts, or transaction records.
• Any personal identification information (CNIC, date of birth, address) with any unauthorised party.
• Any project details or confidential client information with anyone outside the direct working relationship.

The only exceptions where information may be shared are:

• When required by a lawful order, court, or competent authority under Pakistani law.
• When the individual has given explicit written consent for a specific purpose.
• Professional profile information (name, qualifications, skills, experience) shared with clients for project matching — this is a core part of our service and is understood by all enrollees.

Content Writers Platform operates multiple WhatsApp groups as the primary platform for lead distribution and communication. The following privacy rules apply to all group members:

• Members are added to WhatsApp groups solely to receive project leads, updates, and important notices from the Company.
• No member may privately contact another member of any Company WhatsApp group without prior permission. Any such contact must be reported to the group admin immediately.
• Group content is strictly confidential. Members must not share, forward, screenshot, or reproduce any content from Company WhatsApp groups on any private or public channel.
• The phone numbers of group members visible in the group must not be saved, used, or shared for any purpose outside the group's intended function.
• Any member found violating WhatsApp group privacy rules will face immediate removal, enrollment cancellation, and permanent blacklisting from all Company platforms.

Profile photographs submitted by enrolled writers and teachers are collected solely for the purpose of the enrollment process and client profile matching.

• Profile photos will only be shared with a client when the enrolled individual has applied for a specific project and has been shortlisted for consideration.
• Profile photos will not be shared with any student, parent, client, writer, teacher, resource, or freelancer outside of this specific purpose.
• Profile photos are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised Company staff.
• Enrolled individuals may request removal of their profile photo from the Company's records after unenrollment by contacting info@contentwriterspk.com.

Professional profile information (name, qualifications, experience, skills) shared with clients is limited to what is necessary for project matching. Sensitive personal information (CNIC, full address, date of birth) is never shared with clients.

For online tutoring and teaching sessions facilitated through our platform, the following recording and privacy rules apply:

• No party — including students, parents, clients, tutors, teachers, or resources — may record any online session (audio or video) without the prior written consent of all participants.
• Students and parents are strongly encouraged to take notes during sessions rather than recording.
• If a student, parent, or client does not understand a topic during a session, they should ask the teacher or tutor to revisit that topic within the same session.
• Any unauthorised recording of an online session is a serious privacy violation and may result in immediate termination of the service arrangement and potential legal action.

All communications between Company representatives, enrolled members, clients, students, and parents — whether via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — are subject to the following privacy rules:

• No individual may take screenshots, share, or forward any communication that was exchanged between a Company representative and any other party, without explicit written permission.
• WhatsApp messages, emails, project briefs, payment receipts, and other communications are private and confidential between the parties involved.
• Sharing communications externally — whether on social media, with third parties, or in any public forum — is a serious privacy and confidentiality breach.

Content Writers Platform takes the security of your personal information seriously and implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

• All personal data stored in our database is maintained with appropriate security controls and access restrictions.
• Access to personal data is limited to authorised Company personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.
• Enrollment documents and profile information are stored securely and are not accessible to unauthorised individuals.
