⏱ How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on the type and size of your project. For standard writing tasks, turnaround is typically agreed upon between you and the writer before work begins. For urgent tasks, we offer expedited delivery — please mention your deadline clearly when placing your order. Payment is released to the writer within 2–7 business days of your formal approval of the completed work.
∞ Do you provide revisions?
Yes — we provide unlimited free revisions on all writing projects until you are completely satisfied with the result. There is no cap on the number of revisions. The only condition is that revision requests must be based on the original agreed project brief. Requests to change the fundamental topic, scope, or purpose after submission constitute a new project. We are fully committed to your satisfaction.
💳 How do payments work?
We accept payments via Bank Transfer (Faysal Bank), JazzCash, and Easypaisa. A 20% platform service fee is charged on all writing projects in addition to the writer's fee — this covers our lead generation, profile matching, and facilitation services. For tutoring, a commission is deducted from the first month's salary only; from the second month onwards, you pay the tutor directly with no further platform charges. All transactions are digital — we do not accept cash.
