The company’s job is to connect writers/teachers/resources with the students/parents/clients. The company feels liable to ensure prompt enforcement of required measures if any complaint/issue is reported. However, the company does not take responsibility for anyone’s actions/deeds. The company’s duty is to provide a medium and necessary service to facilitate its students/parents/clients in finding appropriate tutors/teachers/resources as per their requirements.

We advise you to check the terms & conditions regularly for any updates. Any previous versions will no longer be applicable once there is an update that every existing and new user needs to abide by. Please note, some information may not be mentioned here due to its unforeseen nature. In case you have any queries, which are not answered here. Content Writers Pakistan would like to clarify that writers/teachers/resources are not employees of our company. The company does not hire them on a fixed basic/gross salary. Writers/Teachers/Resources enroll with the company to avail the services offered by the company, i.e., provision of leads to the Writing tasks/online tuitions/freelance work/content writing assignments and jobs.

The company offers three types of enrollment packages to its members.

Silver:

i):  Candidate will get 3 different confirmed tuitions or writing opportunities in this type of package and his/her package will expire afterward.

ii): Candidate can apply to every sort of job e.g. online tuitions, online short courses, any kind of written work, assignments, and freelance work.

iii): Organization doesn’t count any package on the time frame, your package will only expire when you’ll get 3 confirmed tuitions or writing opportunities.

Gold:

i):  Candidate will get 10 different confirmed tuitions or writing opportunities in this type of package and his/her package will expire afterward.

ii): Candidate can apply to every sort of job e.g. online tuitions, online short courses, any kind of written work, assignments, and freelance work.

iii): Organization doesn’t count any package on the time frame, your package will only expire when you’ll get 10 confirmed tuitions or writing opportunities.

Diamond:

i): This is a lifetime package which means that there is no limit on tuition/written work. The candidate becomes a lifetime enrolled member of the organization and can teach as many tuitions & can write as many assignments he/she wants.

ii): Candidate can apply to every sort of job e.g. online tuitions, online short courses, any kind of written work, assignments, and freelance work.

iii): Organization doesn’t count any package on time frame.

General Terms and Conditions:

i) In freelancing work/online assignments/online tuitions/short courses/content writing jobs if the payout is more than or equal to 5000-PKR. The organization will count such work as 1-tuition/written work in your account. Any work having a payout of less than 5000-PKR will not be counted as 1-tuition/written work.

ii) Organization’s duty is to arrange the demo for a teacher or arrange a deal for writer according to his/her preference, if the teacher/writer is unable to get the deal finalized then we’ll not take any responsibility for that, and we’ll count it as one tuition/writing work in your account.

iii) Organization will never count such tuition/written work in which there is a mistake from the student’s end and if the student cancels the tuition/written work without any reason. The teachers/writers will be facilitated in that regard with another opportunity without even counting the first one.

iv) If a candidate is disqualified on any tuition/writing work due to his/her negligence, then we’ll cancel the enrollment package of that individual because we want every candidate to apply on the tuition/writing work according to his/her qualification & experience and we never appreciate any unprofessional behavior from anyone at any cost. Writers do not need to share 20% of the work in urgent writing tasks & In urgent writing tasks the company transfers your amount when the client approves your project and It is the responsibility of the writer to provide a revisions to the client, unless the client is satisfied..

v) Client requirements are our priority, and we are 100% customer-oriented. We will only share the teacher/writer profile, which we believe is 100% according to the requirements of the parent/client.

vi) On every tuition/written work, we share three relevant teacher’s/writer’s profiles with the client and give the client an option to select their teacher’/writer on their own, But in some cases the company directly assigns the task to the writer.

• The company will only contact the writer/teacher/resource whose profile is shortlisted by the student/parent/client for the introductory session/demo/20 % writing task. The company will not notify any of the applicants who are not shortlisted.

vii) It is mandatory for every candidate to provide all required information to the company’s verification department if anyone’s don’t provide than his/her enrollment process will be stopped and Content Writers Pakistan will not responsible for that.

• If the enrollment process is cancelled due to incomplete or wrong information, the company will not be responsible. It is the responsibility of the unenrolled writer/teacher/resource to make sure that all the information is correct, precise and error-free.

viii) All posts shared in unenrolled teachers/writers groups that are only for product knowledge, and all the tuitions/short courses/writing works are only assigned in enrolled teachers/writers groups.When a writer/teacher/resource contacts us for enrollment, they are added to a WhatsApp group as an unenrolled teacher/writer/resource, which goes by “unenrolled group”. Here, the company representatives provide the tutors/writers/resources with the information about the services, answer any queries, provide support and knowledge. Any tutor/writer/resource added to this group should not expect any leads to tuitions/teaching jobs/assignments and students/parents/clients. “Unenrolled group” will only provide the information relevant to the services offered by the company to the writers/teachers/resources and how it works.

• The company will also share any inquiries regarding the requirement of writers/teachers/resources in the “unenrolled group”. These inquiries can be potential clients/students/parents who are interested in availing of the services soon or in the near future. The inquiries may or may not turn into confirmed students/parents/clients. All kind of inquiries shared in unenrolled writers/teachers/resources group. May be these inquiries we have received in the past, present or may be potential. The company will share these inquiries to give a guide/reference to the unenrolled writers/teachers/resources of what to expect in terms of writing tasks/tuitions/assignments if they enroll with the company.
• Please note that the “enrolled group” will not have as many posts as there will be in the “unenrolled group” since all “inquiries” are posted in the unenrolled group. Whereas only verified tuitions/writing tasks confirmed by the students/parents/clients are shared in the enrolled group. The company will share the total number of confirmed tuitions/writing tasks equally among all the enrolled groups.

ix) There is going to be no compromise on the commitments, if a demo is arranged for an individual, then it is the foremost duty of that individual to be present on the demo by the defined date and time.

x) Each complete enrollment process takes around 2-7 working days, and we do not assign any tuition/written work before the complete enrollment process of an individual.

xi) If the tuition payout is less than 4000, the organization will not charge any commission in that.

xii) If the tuition payout is less than 25000/month, the organization will charge 50% in the first month’s salary and nothing onward.

xiii) If the tuition payout is more than or equal to 25000, the organization will charge 60% in the first month’s salary and nothing onward.

xiv) In every freelancing work/online assignments/content writing jobs, the organization will take a commission percentage of 20% in the payout.

xv) Service charges are not any sort of membership charges and should not be considered as a digital subscription. We charge the teachers/writers for the services we provide to them. The service charges are non-refundable and also non-transferable in any case.The writer/teacher/resource cannot claim the enrollment fee at any point.

xvi) Any disciplinary issue or any individual violates any of the mentioned policies, the organization got the right to take any action against the individual. The action might include group removal, enrollment package pausing, enrollment package cancellation, and even Blacklisting the individual permanently in our database system depending upon the decision of the relevant dealing authority/group admin.

xvii) We have a lower frequency of online tuitions/short courses than writing tasks so be sure to check this out before your enrollment.

xviii) It is solely the responsibility of the unenrolled tutor/writer/resource to ask, get details and information from the group admin if they have any confusion, questions, or queries. The group admin is liable to answer and provide every possible assistance to the unenrolled writers/teachers/resources. If the unenrolled writer/teacher/resource does not clear any confusion and faces any difficulty after the enrollment process, the company will not be responsible.

• Once the unenrolled writer/teacher/resource has provided all the required information, documents and transaction receipt, the group admin will forward the enrollment application to the verification team for further processing. The unenrolled writer/teacher/resource will be contacted by the verification team in 5-7 business days on the provided WhatsApp number and asked some questions related to the unenrolled writer’s/teacher’s/resource’s professional experience, qualification, skills and preferences.

• On approval of the profile by the team and the concerning writer/teacher, the enrollment process will conclude. The verification team will provide the enrolled writer/teacher with the contact number of a Content Writers Pakistan representative. The enrolled writer/teacher will have to forward their approved profile to the representative, who will add the enrolled writer/teacher to a WhatsApp group for “enrolled members” & The enrolled writer/teacher/resource can join only one enrolled WhatsApp group at a time.

xix) The confirmed tuitions/writing tasks are not posted in the groups based on subjects, tuition, or writing task types. All kinds of tuitions/writing tasks are posted in all groups, irrespective of the categories. The enrolled writers/teachers/resources can expect various confirmed tuitions/writing tasks in all enrolled groups. The tuitions/writing tasks can be any subject, freelance content writing type or niche.

The enrolled writer/teacher/resource can only apply on a tuitions/writing tasks posted in their group. Their application will be considered only for the tuitions/writing tasks posted in their respective groups, any applications for tuitions/writing tasks posted in another group will not be considered.

xx) The official enrollment can be done through the official group admin of Content Writers Pakistan’s unenrolled group only. Enrollment cannot be done through the website, email, social media platform, or other channels.

• There are multiple enrollment packages, each with its benefits. It entirely depends on the writer/teacher/resource to select the package. However, it is to be noted that the writer/teacher/resource can choose only one package at a time. Each package has a different fee/service charges which needs to be paid for successful enrollment processing.

• The packages do not bound the writers/teachers/resources to apply for only certain types of niches. They have the liberty to apply for tuitions/content writing assignments according to their preferences. The writers/teachers/resources can apply for multiple projects, e.g. One can apply for online tuition and a content writing assignment simultaneously.

• It is entirely up to the writers/teachers/resources to choose and apply for as many projects of their interest. If the writers/teachers/resources do not actively apply for the available projects, then it is not the company’s responsibility if the writers/teachers/resources cannot secure a project.

xxi) Organization got the right to make amendments in the policies at any moment, and you’ll be informed about everything through our social media platforms/social groups.
