Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, registering, or using any service of Content Writers Pakistan, you unconditionally agree to every provision in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not proceed.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Content Writers Pakistan and any writer, teacher, tutor, resource, or client who registers, enrolls, or engages with the Company's platform in any capacity.

1.1  Electronic Acceptance

ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE: By submitting an enrollment form, sending payment, joining any Company WhatsApp group, or continuing to use the Company's services, the individual conclusively acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions electronically — without requiring a handwritten signature.

Payment of any enrollment fee constitutes conclusive evidence that the individual has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. By making payment after receiving access to this document, the individual confirms they have had sufficient opportunity to review it and voluntarily accepts all provisions herein.
Electronic acceptance shall be treated as valid and binding to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. No individual may claim they did not agree to these Terms on the grounds that they did not physically sign a document. Ignorance of these Terms is not a valid defence.
2

Nature of Company's Role

Content Writers Pakistan operates exclusively as an intermediary platform and lead-generation service. The Company connects skilled writers, teachers, and resources with clients, students, and parents. The Company is not a party to any service agreement between the enrollee and the client.

The Company does NOT guarantee project availability, minimum income, or continued work. The platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis with no implied warranties of any kind.
3

Independent Contractor Status

All enrolled writers, teachers, and resources are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or representatives of Content Writers Pakistan. This Agreement does not create any employment relationship, joint venture, or partnership.

  • The Company does not pay a fixed salary, allowance, or guaranteed income.
  • All applicable taxes and statutory obligations are the sole responsibility of the enrolled individual.
  • Enrollees may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of the Company.
  • Enrollees who misrepresent their qualifications or identity are solely and fully liable for all consequences. The Company bears zero liability for enrollee misrepresentation.
3B

Age Requirement & Eligibility

To enroll, the individual must be at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter a binding contract under Pakistani law, and must not have been previously blacklisted from the platform.

General Operational Terms

6.1  Project Valuation Threshold

A project counts as one (1) credited opportunity only when the total payout is PKR 5,000 or above.

6.2  Demo & Deal Responsibility

If an enrollee fails to conclude a demo or deal due to their own inability or poor preparation, the Company is not responsible and the opportunity will be counted as one credited project.

6.3  Client-Side Cancellations

If a confirmed project is cancelled by the client without valid cause, it will not be counted against the enrollee's credited opportunities. An alternative opportunity will be facilitated.

6.4  Punctuality Obligation

Once a demo or session is scheduled, the enrollee is obligated to attend at the agreed date and time. Failure without 24-hour prior notice may result in disciplinary action.

6.5  Profile Sharing

The Company shares a maximum of three (3) shortlisted profiles with each client. Non-shortlisted applicants will not be notified.

6.6  Online Tuition Frequency

The Company has a significantly lower frequency of online tuition opportunities compared to content writing. Prospective enrollees seeking tutoring work are strongly advised to consider this before enrolling.

8.1  Payment Reversal & Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back enrollment fees or project payments through a bank or payment provider — after acceptance of these Terms — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.

In the event of any chargeback, the Company will submit the following evidence to the relevant bank or authority: (1) payment receipt, (2) WhatsApp message confirming Terms were shared prior to payment, (3) enrollment records, (4) this Terms & Conditions document, and (5) records of the individual's continued participation in Company WhatsApp groups. The final decision rests with the relevant bank, court, or authority.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (Faysal Bank), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other mutually agreed digital channels.
  • The Company does not handle cash transactions.
  • All payments must include the enrollee's full name and enrollment reference.
9

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Upon full payment by the client, all intellectual property rights in the delivered content are fully and irrevocably assigned to the client. Until full payment is received, the writer retains all IP rights and the content may not be used or published.

Content Writers Pakistan does not claim ownership of any content produced by enrolled writers or teaching materials created by enrolled teachers.

Writers/teachers may not include client-specific work in their public portfolio without the express written consent of the client.
10

Plagiarism, Quality & Revision Policy

The Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism. All content must be 100% original and plagiarism-free. Confirmed plagiarism results in immediate package cancellation and permanent blacklisting.

Unlimited Revisions — Client Satisfaction Guarantee

CLIENT GUARANTEE: The Company provides unlimited revisions on all writing projects until the client is fully satisfied — at no additional charge — provided all revision requests are based on the original agreed project brief.
  • Revisions must be within the scope of the original agreed brief.
  • Requests to change the fundamental topic, scope, or purpose after submission constitute a new project.
  • Writers must obtain a detailed written brief from the client before commencing any work.
11

Confidentiality & Digital Evidence

All enrolled individuals must maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities, project details, Company pricing, group content, and any non-public information obtained through the platform. This obligation survives enrollment for two (2) years.

Sharing client contact details, project rates, or group content externally is a serious breach. Minimum liquidated damages of PKR 50,000 may be claimed for confirmed breaches.

11.4  Digital Evidence Policy

Screenshots, payment receipts, enrollment records, WhatsApp messages, voice notes, call logs, and transaction records may be relied upon as valid evidence in any dispute, investigation, disciplinary proceeding, or legal action. The Company retains all digital communications for a minimum of three (3) years. Deleting messages after a dispute arises may be treated as destruction of evidence.
11B

Anti-Solicitation, Non-Compete & Non-Disparagement

Enrolled individuals are strictly prohibited from directly contacting, soliciting, or entering into any independent arrangement with any client whose details were obtained through the Company's platform — for a period of 12 months from the date of last interaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Violation results in immediate permanent blacklisting. The Company may claim minimum PKR 50,000 in liquidated damages or the value of the diverted project — whichever is higher.

Non-Disparagement

Enrolled and formerly enrolled individuals must not make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Content Writers Pakistan on any platform — including social media, review sites, or WhatsApp. Legitimate complaints must be raised through the formal grievance procedure (Section 21).

12

Data Privacy & Personal Information

The Company collects name, contact details, qualifications, and transaction records for the purpose of verification, profile matching, and platform communications. Your professional profile is shared with clients for project matching. Sensitive personal details are not shared without your consent, except where required by law.

Data is retained for the duration of enrollment and for three (3) years thereafter for legal and compliance purposes. Data of blacklisted individuals may be retained indefinitely for security purposes.
