Please note that signing up with us implies your complete agreement and compliance with our terms and conditions.

1. Company Role

The company’s role is to connect writers/resources with clients. The company feels liable to ensure prompt enforcement of required measures if any complaint/issue is reported. However, the company does not take responsibility for anyone’s actions/deeds. The company’s duty is to provide a medium and necessary service to facilitate its clients in finding appropriate writers/resources as per their requirements.

2. Updates to Terms

We advise you to check the terms & conditions regularly for any updates. Any previous versions will no longer be applicable once there is an update that every existing and new user needs to abide by. In case you have any queries not answered here, you can contact a representative of Content Writers Pakistan to discuss the matter.

3. Writer/Resource Status

Content Writers Pakistan would like to clarify that writers/resources are not employees of our company. The company does not hire them on a fixed salary. Writers/Resources enroll with the company to avail the services offered by the company, i.e., provision of leads to content writing projects and tasks.

4. Enrollment Packages

Silver Package:

i) Candidate will get 3 different confirmed writing opportunities in this type of package, and the package will expire afterward. ii) Candidate can apply to every sort of content writing work, such as blogs, articles, product descriptions, and freelance projects. iii) The package will only expire when the candidate gets 3 confirmed writing opportunities.

Gold Package:

i) Candidate will get 10 different confirmed writing opportunities in this type of package, and the package will expire afterward. ii) Candidate can apply to every sort of content writing work, such as blogs, articles, product descriptions, and freelance projects. iii) The package will only expire when the candidate gets 10 confirmed writing opportunities.

Diamond Package:

i) This is a lifetime package with no limit on writing opportunities. The candidate becomes a lifetime enrolled member and can take on as many writing tasks as they want. ii) Candidate can apply to every sort of content writing work, such as blogs, articles, product descriptions, and freelance projects. iii) The package has no time frame limit.

5. General Terms and Conditions

i) In freelancing work/online content writing tasks, if the payout is more than or equal to 5000-PKR, the organization will count such work as one writing opportunity in your account. 

ii) The organization’s duty is to arrange a deal for a writer according to their preference. If the writer is unable to finalize the deal, it will still count as one writing opportunity in your account. 

iii) The organization will not count any writing opportunity if the client cancels without any reason. Writers will be facilitated with another opportunity without counting the first one. 

iv) If a candidate is disqualified due to negligence, the enrollment package will be canceled. We expect professionalism and adherence to qualifications and experience. 

v) Client requirements are our priority. We will only share writer profiles that match the client’s requirements. 

vi) On every writing task, we share three relevant writer profiles with the client and give the client the option to select their writer. In some cases, the company directly assigns the task to the writer. 

vii) It is mandatory for every candidate to provide all required information to the company’s verification department. Incomplete or incorrect information will halt the enrollment process, and the company will not be responsible. 

viii) All posts shared in unenrolled writers’ groups are for product knowledge only. Writing tasks are only assigned in enrolled writers’ groups. 

ix) There is no compromise on commitments. If a task is arranged, it is the duty of the individual to complete it by the defined date and time. 

x) Each complete enrollment process takes around 2-7 working days. No writing tasks will be given before the enrollment process is complete. 

xi) If the payout for a writing task is less than 4000-PKR, the organization will not charge any commission. 

xii) If the payout is less than 25000-PKR per month, the organization will charge 50% of the first month’s payment and nothing afterward. 

xiii) If the payout is more than or equal to 25000-PKR per month, the organization will charge 60% of the first month’s payment and nothing afterward. 

xiv) In every freelancing work/online content writing tasks, the organization will take a commission percentage of 20% of the payout. 

xv) Service charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are for the services provided and should not be considered a membership fee. 

xvi) Any disciplinary issues or policy violations will result in actions such as group removal, enrollment package pausing, cancellation, or permanent blacklisting, depending on the decision of the relevant authority. 

xvii) We have a lower frequency of online tutoring/short courses than writing tasks. Check this before enrollment. 

xviii) Unenrolled writers/resources must ask for details and clarification from the group admin if needed. Failure to do so will not be the company’s responsibility. 

xix) Enrollment can only be done through the official group admin of Content Writers Pakistan’s unenrolled group. It cannot be done through the website, email, social media, or other channels. 

xx) The organization has the right to make amendments to the policies at any moment. You will be informed through our social media platforms/social groups.
